Lovely bunch of ladies always say hello and smile
I recently had a very unpleasant interaction with one of the reception staff after being told I required additional imaging. When I asked questions to better understand why it was necessary, the response I received was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. It is unfortunate because every other staff member I have dealt with at this clinic has been fantastic — polite, professional, and genuinely happy to help answer questions. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression.
Friendly staff. Always willing to help and do the best they can. Highly recommend their services. Our preferred radiology.
