Richard Perry and his crew at Clearview built us a two bedroom cottage in Harpswell. We are delighted with the home. The project came in on budget and within a reasonable time. Most importantly, the materials, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are terrific. Richard himself is straightforward, honest, and trustworthy. This was a major project for us - from site work, to septic, to full build out of a year-round home and garage. We would strongly recommend Richard / Clearview without reservation.
Richard and his crew do amazing work! They built a garage and a mud room for me, and it was a super smooth project from start to finish. Richard helped with the initial planning and with incorporating specific things I wanted (like a doggie shower) into the plan. The team does high quality work, and Richard had great suggestions along the way when it came to both build and design choices.
