I have been using Dr Navid for three years. She is so patient and takes her time. I've never felt rushed. She isn't distracted like most doctors. Cindy is always sweet and helpful when I call.

Worst experience ever. First I call and the Receptionist wants to argue with me about my reason for coming in. Then she finally schedules me. Once I come in, she says I can't be seen because she forgot to schedule me. She didn't even apologize, she just asked me if I wanted to sign some paperwork and come in at a later date. Completely unprofessional and I will definitely not be coming back.

My whole family has been coming to Clearview Primary Care for a couple of years. I have a baby, a teen, and two adults and it's wonderful to have a family practice that can see everyone in our family. We really like Dr Navid and Cindy, the receptionist, has always been friendly, polite, and helpful. We've had a couple of insurance changes and questions each time and Cindy's always been very patient with helping us get everything sorted out. This is a great small practice and I feel really thankful to have found them.
