Excelent service and support. Bought a 2017 chevy equinox. Pricing was quite reasonable. Any after purchase issues were addressed promptly and with care. Qualities most dealerships have forgotten. Overall experience is fantastic. Pilsons has lost a lifelong customer. I will definately be back when my children are ready for their vehicle.
My wife and I were looking for a vehicle. I called spoke with him. He worked with us, worked hard at getting us approved and asked when we could come. We couldn't make it until 4:30 closer to 5:00. He said we normally close but you call me when you're close and I'll meet you there. Stayed with us until 7:30. Got us in a vehicle. Was super honest about other vehicles. Super clean inside. Great people to work with. My windshield wipers stopped working 5 months after I bought the vehicle and Tim was so nice enough to fix it for free! They definitely treat their customers like family!!
My Family member Had bought their Mercedes from here and Anytime they had any type of issue, they have been more than helpful without taking every bit of money we have!! These guys are absolutely amazing. Just be honest with them and not dick them around! And they won't dick you around!! 100% Will be coming here for all Vehicles needs!
