I can't believe this place is even considered a business or offer any of these places as a room to rent out. The property is poorly maintained and littered with trash. The people that reside there are not the friendliest nor possess the characteristics as someone you can trust. Drugs are certainly being sold and used on the property. And the police presence are on a common weekly (and sometimes daily) basis. Definitely a place where children shouldn't be and not pet friendly.
