I can't believe this place is even considered a business or offer any of these places as a room to rent out. The property is poorly maintained and littered with trash. The people that reside there are not the friendliest nor possess the characteristics as someone you can trust. Drugs are certainly being sold and used on the property. And the police presence are on a common weekly (and sometimes daily) basis. Definitely a place where children shouldn't be and not pet friendly. I been living at clear view for over 10 years it’s had its ups and downs but it’s my home and I like it here I stay in the back in 18 I have the biggest lot and I like it one.day I will have it all clean up and looking good agin.
