Staff is very kind and greets you with respect soon as you enter through the door. I have Extreme Claustrophobia and was treated with dignity and respect, The MRI Tech Lori had patience with me and helped me overcome my fear, Her calming voice and demeanor throughout the testing was and is very appreciated. I Strongly recommend CLEARVIEW OPEN MRI!!!!
Great people, great staff, very helpful and thoughtful. If needed again will be returning to this clinic for MRI's
Both my husband and I were sent there for multiple mri as well as a brain scan. This experience with Lori was one that needed to be mentioned and recognized for professional and yet caring at the same time. Her professionalism came with descriptions of what to expect but her caring was what kept us calm and comfortable. Thank you Lori.
The MRI tech who handled my MRI was great! He did a super job of keeping me calm and comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. I have nothing but positive things to say about him. HOWEVER..... the office staff seems pretty incompetent. I called my doctor's office and asked if they had received the report and the CD with my MRI photos a few days later and they still had not. I then left messages at Clearview Imaging about whether they actually sent my MRI results to my doctor, which all went unanswered. When I finally go... read more
