I have been experiencing the same issue since I moved in July 2023! The bathroom tub has backed up and dirty water came up through the drain, this been happening every couple months. I called maintenance office explained the problem. I also told them that I believe the problem is with the pipe outside, not the bathtub itself, because when I take a shower, the water drains down very quickly. This makes me think the issue is not inside the apartment but somewhere else in the plumbing. They want me scheduled appointment to chec... read more
The neighborhood itself is good, but my experience with the building was not always positive. If you end up with a difficult neighbor (psychiatric) above or below you, it can affect your quality of life. I also did not have a good experience with some of the board members. Two members who smoke spoke to me in a tone that felt disrespectful and made me uncomfortable.
