The neighborhood itself is good, but my experience with the building was not always positive. If you end up with a difficult neighbor (psychiatric) above or below you, it can affect your quality of life. I also did not have a good experience with some of the board members. Two members who smoke spoke to me in a tone that felt disrespectful and made me uncomfortable.

I have been experiencing the same issue since I moved in July 2023! The bathroom tub has backed up and dirty water came up through the drain, this been happening every couple months. I called maintenance office explained the problem. I also told them that I believe the problem is with the pipe outside, not the bathtub itself, because when I take a shower, the water drains down very quickly. Lived here 30 years. They dont raise your rent and do a lot of work for you free including exterminators, plumbing, and landscaping. They will however not hesitate to write you tickets left and right for air conditioner, garbage, and garage.
