Lived here 30 years. They dont raise your rent and do a lot of work for you free including exterminators, plumbing, and landscaping. They will however not hesitate to write you tickets left and right for air conditioner, garbage, and garage.

This is going to be a bias review since I am a resident for almost 25 years, is not perfect but no place is, management does a fair job in maintenance. I enjoy loving here great neighborhood, convenient. And adorable.
Moved to Clearview in 1951 ish. We had no phones in apartment. There were phone booths on street corners. We all loved growing up there. It still looks exactly the same. I read some residents negative comments. You knew what you were buying. Sorry you can’t have a dog. Then don’t live there. I’m 77 now…not in great shape anymore. But, I thank my parents for letting me grow up in Clearview.
