We are very pleased with the product and installation . Kurtis was very helpful in helping us choose the right tint shade, and sun blocking performance. We have already noticed a big difference. Jacob the installer did a great job and is very focused on doing the job right.
Communication has been very disappointing. An appointment was scheduled, no one showed up, and there was no communication beforehand. After rescheduling, the same thing happened again. I also had difficulty getting responses to calls and emails throughout the process. I understand that delays and scheduling issues happen, but consistent communication is important, especially when customers are taking time out of their day and planning around appointments. Had an appointment booked for some privacy film to be installed email communication wasn’t the best but called a week out to confirm times and discuss getting a quote for some additional work (was told no problem just email the measurements, which I did but got no reply) Day of install no one showed, no communication at all. Tried calling, texting and emailing to find out what was going on. No response from anyone, wasted the morning waiting around for this very unprofessional.
I’m so pleased that I found this company, I recently moved into a condo on the first floor and felt so vulnerable with people walking by I had to have my curtains closed at all times now I’ve got sunshine coming in and I feel secure. The team from Clearview Were wonderful the two young men that did my installation were just a joy to be around so professional everything was cleaned up everything was done in a timely manner for any of you seniors moving into a condo I highly recommend that you get this film. Couldn't fault them, 2 young lads done the install on my house and deck, cleaned as they went. Very happy 100% recommended
