Went in for an eyelid procedure, was talked in to cataract surgery in both eyes with upsell to multi-focal lens. Complications on first eye were not investigated immediately, opting instead to complete the procedure on the second eye. During the post op I was rushed from the office to a retina specialist because both cataract surgeries had resulted in damage to the retinas (retinal tear in right eye, macular hole in the left eye). Worst experience in eye care EVER! I made an appointment for my older mother. She has mobility issues as well as a few other aging issues. I book an appointment for their first spot. We arrived, filled out the paperwork, and then sit for over 30 min when the receptionist finally said "I forgot to get you set up I was distracted by my email box".The tech who then helped us with the first part of the exams was not horrible but not friendly either. The staff and tech were great the OD, was horribly rude and short tempered with questions.
👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻Got in for a same day appointment. Great care, would recommend to my family. Place is having some growing pains with a relocation and new computer system, highly recommend patience.
