Had a referral sent to this clinic and they never got back to me to setup any appointment. I called on two separate occasions and left a clear voice messages both times with my name and phone number and nobody had the decency to call back. Whenever you call its always a voicemail Clearly lacking customer service. I would avoid this place at all cost. This type of behavior is very telling to how this business operates
Everyone at Clearview Endodontics was professional and welcoming. The root canal (my first) was virtually painless and stress free. Dr. Mastronardi and her staff were outstanding.
Booked an appointment for my mom a week in advance for 1:30 pm. They called a few days prior to cancel as they had no assistant. I let them know I had to take time off work for this appointment and that I’m coming from an hour away. They then asked me to come for 11:15 am the same day to which I agreed. Dr. Diana Mastronardi has done an exceptional job at completing my root canal retreatment. I went in 2 different times to have it completed. Ive lived with an infection for almost 10 years from a previous dentists’ botched work. Dr. Diana has truly saved me from possible future medical implications. I’m very grateful for that and her, I would recommend her a thousand times over if I could. She was very attentive, meticulous and made sure I always felt comfortable. The entire experience was positive, beginning with the receptionist Emily (a former student of mine). Dr Mastronardi and her assistant were thorough in their explanations and made me confident in their expertise. When the time comes for my root canal, I feel that I will be well looked after.
