Funny that every review mentions Coby...never laid eyes on the dude. Almost a year after move in & still trying to get simple items that were addressed before closing & brought up again on the 30-day punch list, completed. This builder has every excuse in the world. Definitely NOT eager to fix items correctly or ensure you're happy with your home. They couldn't care less. Total lack of empathy & integrity from this builder
