Extremely poor customer service; Interpersonal skills are lacking. But most importantly this service did not use any safety equipment while on our roof. When owner expressed concern to crew member over their disregard for safety, the crew member was dismissive and rude and refused to use safety equipment.

Bob did a great job on all my exterior windows and even worked extra hard on my dirty glass patio roof — it looks amazing now and I couldn’t be more pleased . Even though I had to delay and reschedule because of other commitments, Bob always kept in touch and was able to get the work done very quickly. Highly recommend.
