this car wash is awful. we just took our new car through the soft touch and got home and saw the car is STILL very dirty. I recalled that we never saw soap being put on the car and tried to go into the "office" but ironically no attendant is on duty. thats convenient. looked up the number when i got home to call and the number is no longer in service. don't recommend this car wash, not worth the $$
