Chemo nurse DEMANDED I stay and help a patient to the bathroom!! Is that not her job????? And she was not kind by no means!
The staff here are the most kind and compassionate people ever!
Let me say, the doctors here MAY be good, however, the office and nursing staff are among the most incompetent individuals that I’ve interacted with in a LONG time. My mother in law needed hematological clearance for a surgery she was having elsewhere. As a patient at CCI we scheduled an appointment here. Bloodwork done. They refused to send clearance a week before surgery unless the surgeon sent another clearance request and filled out a form they required. Get off work and come to treatments is so relaxing. I get to take a nap and it's suggested
I go there for my Prolia shot & blood work every 6 months. Everyone there is so friendly. Dr Gracia is nice and friendly answers all questions I have about my Osteoporosis. I meet his CRNP Chelsey Karr, very knowledgeable on my treatment. My bone density showed improvement sine last year. Been going there 2 years.
