Terrible after sales support.
Bought a set in 2014, (I think), for my 2012 Pajero. Fantastic mirrors. Been around Australia with them. No complaints at all. Have replaced several indicators, (all my fault). Had an issue in May 2025 & because we were in Melbourne on other business, went to the factory at Craigieburn. Ash, from their warranty section & Romina at reception/front of shop, were absolutely marvelous. Left the factory completely happy. Great product, service & staff. Thanks Ash & Romina. This is a combination review between Clearview accessories Melbourne and Tamworth ARB. A few days ago, some kind hearted and honest, NOT person smashed one of the Clearview mirrors on my vehicle and left without a note or a phone number, of course, just the broken glass and damaged mirror's broken motor. Went to Clearview warehouse and factory in Craigieburn to see if they could fix my drivers side double view mirror , it kept folding in. Well the staff were so helpful and polite and repaired the mirror for me at NO cost. MAGNIFICENT Customer service. 5 Star.
Very prompt delivery. The NextGen mirrors for my Isuzu DMax came with easy to follow installation instructions so fitting was simple. Very happy with these mirrors but have yet to use them towing. Update - after towing 600kms, mirrors are best investment we have made. Good vision and very little vibration when fully extended. Recommend these mirrors.
