I have been using clearview mirrors and rock tamers for well over a decade. My mirrors went with my patrol as did the rock tamers. Mats replaced after over 10 years. Diesel finally put a hole in them. But I was able just to buy the parts 10/10. When I got my new car I ordered the wrong size collar. Clearview promptly sent out the right size. No extra charge. Incredible service and product aftercare/support! I was honestly blown away by how well I was looked after by Romina and the team. I reached out about some older mirror bases that had coating issues, fully expecting just a bit of advice on how to repair them myself as these are old and well used, I have put them through their paces! Instead, they offered to send out brand new bases and an install kit—completely free, only asking me to cover freight. Best customer service ever !! Whilst waiting to have our clearview mirrors fitted we had 5 star service, coffee , cakes , biscuits and a massage chair . Very friendly, efficient lovely staff , would highly recommend this business.
Quite happy to take your money though customer service and dealing with this company would be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Could coordinate or return phone calls. Glad I got my deposit back.
I have original Clearview mirrors on my patrol and smashed the bottom glass fully expecting that to burn a hole in my wallet. Very helpful staff fitted a new one with no extra charge in 5 mins. Drove away happy only $30 lighter. Rapt.
