Had myn installed at tjm $2400 two months later had problems with driver side took it back to tjm they examined it and said it was faulty and will be a warranty claim. Tjm put some lubricant on just to help for the time being, they even phoned clearview and explained, clearview said we must log a claim. Waited 25 days for clearview to come back because they only have one person doing claims and he was sick. They don't believe tjm's technicians and say no claim warranty.
Was gonna let it slide, they just had to send me the correct mirrors and a pair of mounting brackets instead went the 20 million emails route over several days calling me a liar the mirror arrived with poorly threaded mounts so bolts wouldn’t screw in straight the BSM mirrors was non existent and rewired to the white park/puddle light and while we’re here if you’re looking for power fold for the d23 pro4x go elsewhere, congrats here’s 1 star you earned it. I do like the mirrors however the brightness of the lane assist is much duller than the stock Dmax mirrors
Have next gen compact mirrors and absolutely rated them as an accessory. Forward to warranty claims. Back and forth with emails on how to rectify the problem as sending the mirrors back wasn’t an option due to having no mirrors on the car. Ashleigh wasn’t accommodating at all, was just a straight no with anything we suggested. AJ got involved and said if we have stainless arms then the stockists can fix the problem for us over here. Firstly the compact towing mirrors are great. I was having trouble when using the vehicle as my daily drive seeing the blind spot alarm light in full sunlight. I inquired whether there was anything I could do to make it easier to see. Theresa from clearview replied promptly, organised upgraded leds along with directions required to fit them.
