Waited three weeks on a call back with what my insurance covered, but no call. After multiple attempts at contact Steve blamed their email. Strange because it worked until it didn't. Steve said they were waiting on insurance to call back, but my insurance said they never called. Asked for my hearing test results but Steve refused. That is illegal. Do not under any circumstance go there.
