My Mother is in a nursing home. Nathan came there and did all testing and gave her hearing aids. They have never worked right. Now he’s cancelling his contract with the nursing home after telling us she would receive new ones. Now my Mother has a hearing that doesn’t work. Nathan won’t make right.

Mi suegro pasó esperando 3 meses por unos audífonos nuevos que jamás llegaron. Aparte le mandamos a revisar los audífonos que tenía y solo por revisarlos nos dicen después que son 300$ nunca nos dijeron que solo por revisarlos sería todo ese dinero . Porque de paso no estaban dañados. Solo fue que mi suegro estaba más sordo de ese oído. Ahora mi suegro se regresa a Venezuela sin sus audífonos nuevos y sin audífono viejo porque no quieren entregarlo porque cobraron no más por verlos 300$. nos sentimos frustrados
