I see some negative review here from borrowers, these borrowers may be the same borrowers who are late on their payments. As a client of Clear Spring I can first hand tell you every person in their office has a professional attitude and has been a pleasure to deal with. That is not to say their systems are perfect, or that never is a mistake made there, but each time I have had to work on an item with them it has gotten resolved without much headache.
