Not professional and never keeps to schedule. They keep you waiting all the time with flimsy excuses even after checking in for an appointment. This is a management issue and it doesn't have anything to do with the therapists. Dr. Ruth equally called me after writing this review to threaten me to take off this review if not she wouldn't see my child anymore which she did. However, I am happy to tell the truth about a business owner with so much pride and a very high level of unprofessionalism.

Dr.Ruth and her staff are amazing. Very patient and understanding of the needs for your child to exceed with language development.
The owner is amazing,geniue, happy, loving and loves your children. She expands her hours to suite each patient and their parents. She makes you feel very comfortable in the space as if your'e getting services from home. If you are unable to make it in the office she still does HOME VISITS if needed, what else can i say about this amazing Dr. Ruth Boyd-Okogun?
