I’m writing on behalf of my mom. I had an appointment with Dr. Jamie Vento a few days ago. Dr. Vento was very professional, kind and made me feel so comfortable since I was very nervous about the hearing aid process. She answered all my questions, very patient and gave me plenty of her time. I did not feel rushed and was able to make a decision to proceed. It is the best place to get all the services you need from hearing test to getting the right hearing aids along with the best price. Staff is great and courteous. Mr. Sumit is the best as he assisted me with the best solution and provided me with the best price including accessories and whenever I need any help their staff is available to accommodate.
