This is the third time I have gotten hearing aids over a number of years. My insurance covered it for the first time. it took several visits to get things just right. A special mold was made for them to fit just right. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I will at last be able to hear clearly with out concern of them falling out. So my recommendation is to be patient and persistent until they get it right. Both Andrew at the front desk and Sumit, the technician were very nice.
