Extremely pleasant experience took my father for hearing aids Amanda is very kind and professional as well as the audiogist. Took the time to explain everything and set realistic expectations with his advanced hearing loss.
This going make the 3 time going to get my hearing aids they been getting wrong hearing aids this place is not good at all
Garbage hearing aids. SEE UPDATE. This last set quit working the same week my husband got them. It's nearly impossible to get assistance because they are seldom open, and they are not good at returning phone calls either. I regret that we have wasted over a year on ClearSound. Go somewhere else. UPDATE 3/1/24 STILL GARBAGE. My husband did try calling the director, who never called back. He ended up leaving the hearing aids at the office for a full week, and the tech changed the receiver in the right ear, but that's all she d... read more
