I am leaving a 1-star review to share a highly frustrating experience regarding this office's administrative and insurance handling. I have been suffering from 10% hearing loss and severe tinnitus since January. While the doctor herself was good and provided an accurate diagnosis, the administrative staff lacks the drive, capacity, or knowledge to effectively advocate for patients with insurance companies.When my insurance initially denied coverage, I called them directly.
