Front desk is extremely off putting and this office is unorganized! I wasn’t greeted when I first came in and I was told I would be seen but denied service at my arrival time because intake forms weren’t filled out. I would think they would call me and let me know but no they still allow me to walk-in for my appointment that would soon be denied. At least save me the trip. I was informed that the office would be open until 4 PM for me to pick up my retainer. It is important that the office remains open as scheduled, especially since I made special arrangements to stop by and collect my retainer, and they are closed on Thursday and Friday. Please honor your stated hours, as this situation does not reflect good service.
Absolutely amazing orthodontic office! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and caring. They make every visit comfortable and stress free. The orthodontists are knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything. You feel truly valued here. Highly recommend!
Great service and friendly people. I just finished my Invisalign recently. I am taking 1 star off as the hours this particular location is open is crazy. Only open Monday‐Wednesday and not all day. If their schedule works for you then go for it but a business open this few hours a week is insane.
Friendly and efficient! Sometimes an orthodontist can make you feel like you just flat out need a new set of teeth (I've already had braces once) but these ladies were so kind and provided clear explanation of what was necessary and the timeline therein.
