I love the staff and the doctor really takes his time to explain what he is doing and why. Very helpful and patient.
Very nice people doc was thorough in his exam of my eyeballs. They really want to provide great care and they succeeded.
I scheduled an appointment online and left a voicemail since no one answered when I called. I asked whether they could confirm they take my insurance and my daughter was old enough to be seen there. They didn’t call me back. Two weeks later they called and cancelled my appointment because she wasn’t old enough. I complained that I wasn’t contacted earlier since I had left a vm and they said “sorry, we try to return all calls” then a fax started screeching through so she said “you’ll have to call back” and hung up the phone.
It would be very helpful if they stayed open what it is stated online and on the door.
