Representatives are extremely rude and refuse to help members. I couldn’t believe the way I was spoken to. When requesting plan documents they actually refused to provide them.
Wow - just spent 2 hours, 29 minutes on the phone with ClearScript talking to 3 different representatives, including a supervisor, to try and determine why my Fluticasone nasal spray prescription wasn't covered. I got different answers from everybody regarding whether it should've been covered or not, and what the price should've been if it were covered. They will only cover medications that aren’t made by a drug manufacturer anymore and won’t authorize for medications that actually are being made. You’ll get the run around from everyone and be told you need to call every pharmacy to see if they carry an expensive med that isn’t typically just stocked in a CVS.
