The absolute best ever. I’ve been looking for someone who listens to me and actually wants to help me. She is that person ! She is the best ever.
Horrible experience with the administrative staff. My appointment was rescheduled two days before, to a different location two weeks out. I went to the address provided, 30 minutes away, to have them no longer at that location. When I called the phone number for assistance, I was instead chastised for not logging into the online portal fast enough. I went through a second round of withdrawal from ADHD meds due to a nationwide shortage. Mekedes Mekonnen, CRNP-PMH and Maribeth Escopete were extremely patient, diligent, and helpful during my struggle. Ms. Mekonnen helped me find a substitute quickly and efficiently. I’m glad I left my clinic and followed her to Clearpoint. Cheers , ladies.
