they do not understand the billing process. what good is having insurance if they do not know how to file on it.
Just got off the phone with a nice lady from the new company that took over for Clearpoint after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes. She did acknowledge that there is no more website. She just didn't "understand" the problems. I haven't gotten a bill since February, when they didn't file insurance correctly. They did correct my date of birth and refiled the insurance but I've NEVER heard back from them. So I thought I'd do the right thing and try to call and pay what I know I owe them.
