This company drags their feet on EVERYTHING! It took my husband 6 years to get fully treated after a a workplace injury. They are a joke but it is was out of our hands this is a company that his employer had to insure employee's hurt on the job. All I can say is they must have CHEAP premiums! No stars to recommend but had to push one to post!
They never answer their phones or call back.
They don't return phone calls and got my doctor to say I am "too young for surgery". Thankfully I have a lawyer and new doctor that will treat my condition.
Absolutely horrible company. Left several voicemails with no return call. Dr recommended my hardware removed because its causing me pain and the beginning of the denial letter states This lady, apparently, got her hand crushed. Beyond disrespectful and I now have an attorney.
