Appreciated my time there with my therapist. But with the billing department or help with insurance has been an ongoing nightmare. I have called, left voicemails and have emailed just to get one insurance coverage to get resolved. It has been more than half a year now with this going on and I am not sure why they have not handled this yet.
I want to thank my therapist Kiara Torrens , because she has made me feel calmer and more confident about the decisions I have made. She has helped me understand myself, my mistakes and my successes. She has made me see myself as a thinking person. Thank you for the work you do.
