As a physician I am disgusted. Absolutely terrible practice management at this location of a completely profit driven private healthcare company. Predatory practices of wasteful tests so that they can bill extra and useless appointments to review normal labs in a patient with no history. Followed up by a 6 MONTH DELAY in reporting abnormal pathology results. This is absolutely ridiculous. Everyone was very nice
I used to love this doctor's office but after my last appointment with Chiou-yan Lai will be my last after I finish my follow up appointment. She at least help me understand what was causing my pain by showing me but she also made it worse and caused more pain in my elbow and swelling. I cried out in pain several times and told her to stop and she didn't and did not care. She seemed so confused on what treatments to do among other testing that I wound up being there almost 2 hours.
