I have relied on Clearpath for my personal taxes, as well as an organization I help lead. Communication is always professional, and the results are great!
Unfortunately, our experience lacked the professionalism and communication we expected. Responses were inconsistent, follow-through was poor, and several bookkeeping items remained incomplete for an extended period of time. We hoped for more organization, accountability, and proactive communication throughout the process.
We had a frustrating experience with our previous accountant. Communication became very poor, deadlines and follow-through were inconsistent, and several items in our books remained unfinished despite repeated requests for updates. We also experienced penalties and additional stress due to mistakes that we felt should have been avoided. My experience with this firm, and specifically with Kyle Nagy, was incredibly frustrating and financially damaging. They prepared our 2022 tax return with a major calculation error related to a missing W-2, resulting in an inaccurate refund.
