My family's experience with this office has been deeply disappointing and, frankly, concerning. My father was hospitalized from May 8–25 after undergoing emergency abdominal surgery for a life-threatening medical condition. My family has been extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-up and care coordination after my father’s hospitalization. Maykel Abreu Moreno ARNP is the best! He has a natural way of caring for his patients. He takes the time to really listen and is very genuine. I’m very happy to have found such an amazing PCP! He is definitely an asset to Clear Medica!

Please get Eliza more help at the Winter Haven clinic. She excellent at her position. She follows up on telephone calls, text messages. And runs the front desk professional. But she needs someone to assist her.
