I am not quite sure how accurate this is, but I was told by one of the physicians that this location is closing, which is a shame. It's one of the best experiences I've had in NYC with an OBGYN and as a 33 year old female, that's harder to find than some would think. The staff is so pleasant, and my experiences with both Dr. Mbaye and Dr.Jones have been lovely. The clinic is always Spotless and the wait time is always less than 5 minutes.
I waited twenty minutes for the doctor to join my follow-up telehealth appointment. With no sign of her, I eventually called the office to ask if everything was okay, and they informed me that the doctor no longer worked there. I had received multiple emails throughout the week reminding me about my appointment, and I had already filled out all the necessary paperwork online, but no one ever bothered to tell me that the appointment would be cancelled. I had scheduled my appointment over 2 weeks ago, but this office waited until the day of to inform me that they do not take my insurance. Not only did they call me day of and not leave any message regarding my insurance not being in network, they also waited until I arrived to finally give me actual details about my insurance. That is extremely unprofessional and any other time I've booked any appointment (medical or non-medical), I am informed of any issues IMMEDIATELY.
