Disgusting and fraudulent clinic. I paid my bill from a previous check up and have been getting harrassed with emails every week asking me to pay from a Chester Ogdamin, if that's even a real person. The phone lines are down and no one picks up. Voice mail boxes are full and no one will get back to me to clear the balance off of my patient portal, so I keep getting spammed even when I block the email. I also have no clue if my payment was applied. Hopefully these clinics stay closed for good!
Dr. Jones was so attentive and patient. This was my first time with her and she took her time getting to know me. Gave me fantastic advice. I will definitely be a regular and will absolutely recommend her to family and friends.
Doctor charged with $24M COVID-19 insurance fraud scheme!!!!! Authorities have arrested Dr. Ali Rashan, the CEO and founder of ClearMD, on charges related to a multimillion-dollar COVID-19 insurance fraud scheme!!!!!! and we are supposed to trust and listen to these doctors!!!! Rashan is accused of fraudulently billing insurance companies approximately $24 million for COVID-19 testing services in New York City. This is crazy!!!!!
I am not quite sure how accurate this is, but I was told by one of the physicians that this location is closing, which is a shame. It's one of the best experiences I've had in NYC with an OBGYN and as a 33 year old female, that's harder to find than some would think. The staff is so pleasant, and my experiences with both Dr. Mbaye and Dr.Jones have been lovely. The clinic is always Spotless and the wait time is always less than 5 minutes.
