Went there late last year for a covid test. Good enough experience, but don't think I'd go there again. They ended up trying to charge my insurance $3550. For a covid test. My insurance only paid $100, but still, trying to charge that much just doesn't seem right.
It is very quick to get the COVID PCR result here. If you have the medical insurance card you can just choose the 24 hour PCR for free. I did the test on 1:00pm but it only took 6 hours for me to get my result. The staffs are nice and they always send me the confirmation and appointment reminders. Please choose this one if you need to do COVID PCR for travel
Office staff were very pleasant and I got my strep results via email in less than an hour. However, I was inexplicably charged $187 for a test that was quoted at $69 on the website and a $49 focused patient exam that I NEVER received. The point of the exam was to follow up immediately to resolve my health issue/receive a prescription, not to wait an indeterminate amount of time, per the customer service agent at ClearMD who assured me they’d reach out at some point.
