Dr. Stephany Alvarez and her assistant Lois Were Awesome ! I literally spent more time in the waiting room, then waiting for them and the wait in the waiting room was 15 minutes!
I have had some difficulties but the company is very invested in righting the wrongs. Would recommend
Stephanie Gillian is amazing. Her medical assistant and the staff are awful. They are unable to get the accurate prescription correct unless I call 4 times and drive to office just to get ahold of them. Stay away from here
They don’t even answer phone lines anymore…very hard to reach lately !
I can’t discourage you enough from using this group for your medical dermatology needs. Having experienced several severe medical demology issues recently, not only was I told a mole I went in specifically to have checked out was not of concern (and no biopsy was taken) which was in fact melanoma that needed to be removed, but I was also left with urgent and severe medical needs (and in severe pain) without a reachable provider for substantial periods of time.
