The staff is very good however the scheduling process is horrible. You call an outside service and speak to people who's English is fair, long hold times to speak to someone & long wait for them to check appointment availability & actually schedule you.
Since new owner took over the overall quality of service and attention has suffered. Best wishes
I went to this dermatologist office today and had a great experience! The staff at the front were very kind and helped me immediately. The office was pretty clean as well. I think I only waited in the waiting room for about 5 minutes and saw my provider in another 5-8 minutes. APRN Ashley and MA Keke both did a very thorough and amazing job during my visit. Dr Weatherall has the patient's best interest in mind. She spends time and listens, too. Very professional and kind office staff as well. I highly recommend. Dr Ilkovitch is thorough, on time and answers questions. Great office staff as well Lately, unfortunately, the call center and billing have switched to an overseas operator and communications have deteriorated.
