Dr Emily takes her time with you. Listens to your concerns and works with your insurance company. She was able to find a large tear in my husband’s retina and quickly got him to a surgeon. We are grateful to have found Dr Emily. Always responds to your text. Answers your questions. Doesn’t rush you. I am very happy to have found her.
Dr. Emily Ly-Shroeder is simply the best. She is beyond responsive, takes you immediately when you get to her office, yet still manages to take the time to answer any and all questions you may have, thoroughly and reassuringly. I'll spare the hyperbole, I've had a LOT of eye issues over the years and there's no one else I would trust with my eyes or those of my loved ones.
I had a wonderful experience at Clearly Vision Care. The office was clean, organized, and I was seen right on time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Ly-Schroeder was incredibly friendly and caring, taking the time I expected without ever making me feel rushed. Had a great experience. From walking in the door to picking out glasses. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Emily. Her office was easy to locate and was clean and organized. I had to reschedule my appointment because of a work issue and she was extremely accommodating and kind about it. When I got there she explained the process and spent time going through glasses with me instead of just handing me the most expensive pair.
