I had been a long standing client of Paul Philips Eye but become disheartened by the lack of individualized service, long waits for an appointment and general large scale service environment. I could never reach a human being and they had zero flexibility regarding contact refills in a pinch. I began to hunt around and found Dr. Ly-Schroeder who was a breath of fresh air. We’ve had a fantastic experience with Dr. Emily. She truly listens, and is always open to discussing multiple solutions. She’s also very responsive to any questions or urgent concerns. My daughter has been seeing her for myopia treatment, and our experience with MiSight lenses has been excellent. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate ophthalmologist!
