I have revised rating from 2⭐️ to 4⭐️. Amenity Pool Services has improved on maintaining the schedule. If they are able to maintain the weekly schedule, I may change my rating to 5⭐️. ------------------- We have been with Amenity Pool Services for 6-years;; up until about February 2025 the service was excellent. Since then, the reliability of Amenity Pools has gone down quite noticeably. It has become necessary to call/email on a regular basis to ask if our pool would be serviced on the day it is scheduled (Wednesday). Origi... read more
We were previous customers of the pool company that Amenity acquired, and Amenity is a much better run operation. They are on top of the cleanings and their maintenance staff is great and knowledgeable too. Shoutout to Andrew B for our last service call, he got things fixed quickly.
Amenity pool service is a great business. They take real good care of us and our pool. Andrew B went above and beyond for us on a service call. Fixed our problem fast and then took the time to look up some accessories for me on his own time. I definitely recommend them!
