Andrew was a very friendly and knowledgeable tech who came to repair/replace the salt cell for the pool. He did a good job.
Carlos is my tech at APS and does a fantastic job. He is very friendly, makes recommendations on how to keep the water clean and doesn't hesitate to take an extra step if necessary. I truly appreciate everything that he does!
Do yourself a favor and stay the hell away from this pool service! Our pool is likely ruined and will cost hundreds to fix! In May of this year, they missed two days and sent someone out that weekend to “catch up” as well as promised an adjustment on our monthly bill that never happened. We also came outside twice that month to find our pool tech parked in the driveway and SLEEPING IN HIS VEHICLE! Andrew Blackwood installed our salt generator system, very professional and meticulously. He knows his chemistry explaining about why our pool was having issues and what chemicals to add.
We have been with Amenity Pool Services for 6-years;; up until about February 2025 the service was excellent. Since then, the reliability of Amenity Pools has gone down quite noticeably. It has become necessary to call/email on a regular basis to ask if our pool would be serviced on the day it is scheduled (Wednesday). Originally, the manager Michelle was responsive to inquiries, however, she no longer will reply to calls/emails regarding questions for servicing.
