This is what greeted me Saturday morning (25th April, 2026) overflowing chemical waste bins spilling into residential street, Kew from BUPA Dental. Not a good look.
Have been coming to Bupa Dental Kew for 2 years now and always receive excellent care by the team. The new site is also lovey, modern and clean.
The dentists at this practice are very helpful and friendly. Relaxed environment and good dental treatment.
I just checked my insurance issue at Bupa Dental, and I feel that the front desk staff at Bupa Dental Kew provided excellent service. Although she is not an insurance specialist, she was able to answer my questions, clearly explain the policy conditions, and patiently teach me how to make a claim. Called about a broken tooth. First receptionist didn't understand that I needed to book an appointment, and the second told me the next available was in 2 weeks and didn't seem to think that a broken tooth was that urgent. Very disappointed, as over the last two years I have had nothing but good service from this Dental clinic.
