I needed to get some awnings and windows cleaned at my place of business as I had some investors coming by and wanted to get the place cleaned up. The awnings specifically were an issue are they hadn't been cleaned in maybe a decade. I contacted Clearly Amazing because of the good reviews I read and they are close by. I paid for a very expensive Christmas light installation & the customer service was terrible. The installers showed up & didn’t even know what was to be done at my house. I was told I didn’t need to be home when they came but it’s a good thing I was here to tell them what I paid for. They didn’t have all the lights or a working timer so they came back the next day to finish. The next day the timer was installed & that night went it came on it was faulty. Had an interview scheduled today and they never called. Unprofessional & frankly really disappointing as I have experience cleaning windows. Why buy my resume off indeed to never call me after saying you would?
Extremely disappointed with our experience with clearly amazing. They didn’t clean all the windows, left the window screen on the floor, left water puddles on the window sill, left a shoe print on the wall. I called the owner and he said he will send someone for follow up and now not responding.
