They never answer the phone. But they will immediately look up bad reviews phone number and call and yell at them. At THAT they will call you back pretty quick too, under 5 minutes.
I had to miss my appointment last night. I tried calling the main line and my therapist's extension for an hour or so. No one ever answered. Can someone please call me to reschedule?
Lady who takes calls is very nice and so is my therapist. What I dont like is how CH submitted a claim to my insurance for more than what I should have been charged, which is my copay. I was told by my insurance that I'm owed a refund. I've called several times and have left messages for billing to call back, I have yet to hear from them.
Heather has been a true pleasure to work with. We learn a lot from her each time we meet and always look forward to our follow up sessions.
I have been seeing dr Jesus Tamez and my whole life has changed to the better. He helped me a lot to overcome my stress and anxiety and now I feel super great thanks to him. From here, i want to thank him for what he has done to help me. Thank you Dr. Jesus you are the best. I highly recommend him!!!
