One concern I have is that many patients feel their concerns are not being addressed in a timely manner. It appears the practice has grown significantly over the years, which is wonderful, but with that growth comes the need for adequate staffing and strong customer service. Can’t say enough about Mr. George, he has helped me tremendously, great guy, and easy to talk to. Another shout out to Pamela in billing for helping me with all my billing needs!!!
They never answer the phone. But they will immediately look up bad reviews phone number and call and yell at them. At THAT they will call you back pretty quick too, under 5 minutes.
I had to miss my appointment last night. I tried calling the main line and my therapist's extension for an hour or so. No one ever answered. Can someone please call me to reschedule?
