Can’t say enough about Mr. George, he has helped me tremendously, great guy, and easy to talk to. Another shout out to Pamela in billing for helping me with all my billing needs!!!
They never answer the phone. But they will immediately look up bad reviews phone number and call and yell at them. At THAT they will call you back pretty quick too, under 5 minutes.
I had to miss my appointment last night. I tried calling the main line and my therapist's extension for an hour or so. No one ever answered. Can someone please call me to reschedule?
Lady who takes calls is very nice and so is my therapist. What I dont like is how CH submitted a claim to my insurance for more than what I should have been charged, which is my copay. I was told by my insurance that I'm owed a refund. I've called several times and have left messages for billing to call back, I have yet to hear from them.
