Shanell is always so friendly and helpful she keeps the sites immaculate just wish the storage was closer to home

The customer service at the facility was great. The managers are nice. However the ownership is from out of State. They buy the place. Change the name and raised the rent multiple times in a single year. In my opinion, that is wrong. It has gotten way too expensive. This is NOT California or Colorado where the prices of everything are ridiculously through the roof. Its Tucson. Keep Tucson local! If you don't mind paying the high prices, and get hosed by out of towners, then the place is ok. We are out.
