I'm very disappointed in this company. I have had a insurance claim since March and they still haven't paid me...i tried to contact and left messages over and. over again with no response...I am a loyal customer have been using storage for over 5 years and would expect to be treated with dignity and respect not ignore or forgotten...im in Tulsa Oklahoma..the Manager lady there is very nice and respectful and has tried very hard to help me...i would not recommend this storage facility for not following through with my claim..... read more
