Five and a half years ago I paid for Cleargard Australia to put the Hanita 12mil Clear with silicone anchoring on my property for all of my glass doors and windows that I couldn't protect with shutters or security grills because of site limitations. Yesterday it paid off and saved my property from a violent burglary attempt. Had security window films installed. -George was very prompt and helpful during initial quote inspection. -However, the installer arrived 3.5 hours late to the job. There had been no attempt to inform me of this before I called after the first 1.5 hours of waiting. -I’m not keen on the rough and uneven edges (sitting between 5&10mm away from the actual frame edges) the installer left my window panels with. -The installer told me he could return the next day to fix up his work with new panels of film. I initially had a conversation with George on a Saturday and by the Monday morning he had been by our investment property, plus emailed me a quote (which was for the front window - so I didn't even have to meet him there). After this, I gave him the go ahead, he then scheduled my job in for the Thursday morning (as he knew it was urgent). He actually re-shuffled a few things to fit me in.
