I have been working with this company for the last 5 years. I regret every single day. I think the machine that I bought was already had some malfunctioning. Anyways, the parts should lasts a long time but in 4 5 years I had to replace every single piece less than a year. They are super rude and accuse you that you are using the machine wrong!! Reordering of supplies was very disappointing. I called the toll free number with questions about reordering tips for my machine and I was talking to a frazzled woman with kids or grandkids in the background that answered phone with hello.., I had to ask her several times if this was clear fx skin. She said yes. And then I told her that I wanted to order new tips for my machine and she said you can go to the website. So I did and I only needed medium tips but the package included small tips medium and large. And when I reach... read more

From the first time I saw this machine at the convention I knew I must have it . I was'nt even a licensed skincare professional yet . I have been in the dental profession for many years and worked with many machines that would break down .
