Reordering of supplies was very disappointing. I called the toll free number with questions about reordering tips for my machine and I was talking to a frazzled woman with kids or grandkids in the background that answered phone with hello.., I had to ask her several times if this was clear fx skin. From the first time I saw this machine at the convention I knew I must have it . I was'nt even a licensed skincare professional yet . I have been in the dental profession for many years and worked with many machines that would break down .
