Absolutely brilliant! Came out within the hour, immediately found the source of the issue and got to work fixing it after clearly explaining what was to be done and how much it would cost. Ensured it was clean and tidy afterwards. Would highly recommend if you're in an emergency like we were!

Wow this guy is a hero , i tried lots of companies to come out as an emergency as are drains was blocked he did not cover our area but said he couldn't leave us in the situation we was in , our blockage was a bad one but he persisted for two hours and finally unblocked the drains , he was very responsible priced . i would definitely recommend using this company not often you get genuine people these days

I had a massive blockage in the main drain which was causing a distinct aroma in the house so I called Neil who arrived in less than 15 minutes with his son Shaun. The blockage was identified immediately and they both went to work straight away although it was such a large blockage it took Neil about half an hour to clear it but clear it he did. I had a strong smell of sewage in the house and our drains were gurgling. Neil came out within 30 mins and immediately found the blocked drain to be a shared public drain that would normally be dealt with by the water company. In no time at all he had it unblocked. He was very friendly and helpful and explained the process of claiming my money back through the water company. I would highly recommend Clearflow and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future drainage issues.

Neil from Clear Drains Solihull replied to my email within an hour , he was upfront with costs and came to my house the next morning ( Saturday ), he was very polite and professional in what he did to unblock my drains , I would recommend Neil & Clear drains .Great service .
