After being treated continuously for fibromyalgia symptoms, at both the Dubois and Clearfield office, and prescribed medication 2 years ago for it, today I was asked "what makes you keep thinking you have fibromyalgia"? They apparently did not document it, ever. I've seen them 6 times in the past 8 months for pain and inflammation issues. I then was asked why I never got a referral to a rheumatologist (which, being my PC, would have to come from them).
