My experience with ClearEstate was extremely poor. The company repeatedly demonstrated a lack of competence and a clear misunderstanding of U.S. probate requirements, especially in California. Basic documents were filed incorrectly, signatures were mishandled, dates were wrong, and forms were rejected by the court due to avoidable mistakes.
