Have not had a worse mental health experience at a location in the entire 17 years I’ve been receiving mental health services. Please avoid this place. Cathleen wants new clientele and does not care about the patients she currently has. She spends most of the session on her phone, computer or checking her Apple Watch for notifications. Her best work is saying “it’ll get better,” and “see you next week.” Sessions always start late, but they will be quick to charge you $60 late fees. The people there are great!!!! I love them. They have helped my family sooo much. They are very nice and sensitive to our feelings. Never have we been disrespected. My family will not go anywhere else. We love this place and the staff. Thank you for being who you are and helping those that need a little help. GOD bless you and your staff.

I just wanted to get on here to say how much I appreciate all the lady’s who work here. They are so delightful and cheerful. I just love Precious; as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with the most warmest welcome. Cathleen has such great energy; I just love her, she keeps the place lively.
