Highly recommend Clearene!! The owner, sales, office, and techs are all great to work with. We have been using Clearene for close to ten years now for all of our pool opening and closings, plus any and all repairs, etc. They have put on a new electric cover for us, installed a new winter cover (highly recommend to get one if you don’t have one), replaced major parts in the pool cover pit, new salt cells, filters, new concrete pad and landscaping around the pool equipment, and more. We were referred to Clearene Pools by a new neighbor when we moved into a new home with a “they’re awesome” message. They have absolutely exceeded our expectations. They have never missed on a treatment, every tech is on top of.their game, and they have gone the extra mile on several occasions. Bi-weekly service and maintenance has been well coordinated.
We bought a house in 2021 and inherited a pool. We have been working with Clearene since then. They are absolutely wonderful. Particularly in the last 2 years, they have been actively working very hard to improve customer service and communication, which based on my experience can be difficult in this industry especially in Minnesota where the season is short and many of the employees are seasonal and it’s tricky to train and keep employees.
