Bi-weekly service and maintenance has been well coordinated.
We bought a house in 2021 and inherited a pool. We have been working with Clearene since then. They are absolutely wonderful. Particularly in the last 2 years, they have been actively working very hard to improve customer service and communication, which based on my experience can be difficult in this industry especially in Minnesota where the season is short and many of the employees are seasonal and it’s tricky to train and keep employees. Our hot tub heater failed while we were out of the country. Clearene pool and spa was able to get to our home and get the tub tarped and place a portable heater to keep it from freezing. The temperature was -10 below zero! After diagnosis they needed to replace the heater, pump, temperature sensor, and pressure sensor. Their technicians worked in sub-zero weather to get the job complete. I am happy to say our tub was saved and is working fine.
